Personal Training is my dream job. While other people wonder if they make a difference in the world, I know that I am changing lives. I change the way that people look at exercise, and in turn,change the way they see their bodies. Too many people are scarred by 7th grade gym class and find no joy in movement - I go out and change that perception every day

But enough about me, lets talk about you.

If what you want is to be happier, healthier, have more energy and less stress- then you have come to the right place.

See, I'm not your average Personal Trainer- I've worked at meditation centers, I'm a health counselor- I am looking at this whole "wellness" thing from a different angle. So instead of just prescribing more squats for big thighs and playing on the insecurities of my clients to keep them coming back for more- I work on healthy eating habits as well as squats, I give people time to meditate during sessions, I open a space for my clients to be who they are and feel how they feel.

Pros

Some folks just want a straight ahead, squats and rows personal trainer- I have clients like that and they excel- but for people looking for more than that, for a true wellness experience, I am unique in the area.
