Lela Simon is ACE certified as both a Personal Trainer and an Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist as well as being certified by both Columbia University and IIN as a Health Counselor. No other trainer on the Eastern Shore has the kind of certifications that she has.

It starts with the little things, like not having floor to ceiling, wall to wall mirrors. Then it moves to bigger things, like having open communication with your health care team and making sure that we take the time to insure that every session is working toward your goals.
